About The Position

Cascade Engineering Technologies, Inc. is a growing aerospace manufacturer specializing in metrology-driven machining of titanium and Inconel castings, Inconel forgings, and aluminum plate components for both commercial and defense aerospace applications. We are hiring skilled CNC Machinists (Level 2 & 3) for multiple shifts to support complex aerospace programs requiring high levels of precision, process control, and continuous improvement. Requirements

• Level 2: 2–5 years machining experience
• Level 3: 5+ years machining experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• GD&T experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in setting up recurring production parts on 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines (Level 2)
• Comfortable with tooling, offsets, and reading work instructions (Level 2)
• Experienced in setting up and proving out new or existing CNC programs (Level 3)
• Able to troubleshoot machining and program issues (Level 3)
• Support process improvements (Level 3)
• Help train others on shop standards and production parts (Level 3)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machines
• Machine high-precision aerospace components
• Adjust tooling and offsets for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot machining and program issues
• Partner with Programming and Quality teams
• Support continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Train others on shop standards and production parts (Level 3)
