About The Position

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to support precision aerospace manufacturing operations in Ogden, Utah. This skilled machining position requires the ability to independently set up, operate, troubleshoot, and inspect complex precision machining work. Candidates must have hands-on CNC setup experience beyond loading parts and operating preset machines. The selected candidates will machine complex components to close tolerances, interpret engineering drawings, adjust tooling and machining processes, and inspect finished work for dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Experience with CNC mills, CNC lathes, Swiss-style lathes, precision grinders, manual machining, and other precision machining equipment is highly relevant. This is a full-time, hourly, direct-hire position performed onsite. Weekend and swing shifts are available. The weekend shift runs Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, for a 36-hour workweek and includes an additional $6.00-per-hour shift differential. The swing shift runs Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM. Pay is $20.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Relocation assistance of $7,500 is available for eligible candidates. The role involves onsite precision aerospace manufacturing, regular use of CNC, conventional, and specialized machining equipment, complex setups, close-tolerance machining, troubleshooting, and precision inspection. It also involves collaboration with Engineering and manufacturing team members, independent judgment, and responding to changing production priorities.
