Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (Mill, Lathe, or Grinder)
• Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Haas, or Mazatrol
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CNC Grinding (surface, OD/ID, or centerless)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and/or Grinding machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Perform tool changes, adjust offsets, and make minor program edits
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
