About The Position

Lakeland Manufacturing, a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings and backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking experienced CNC Machinists. Since 1989, Lakeland Manufacturing has been producing precision machined components for customers across a variety of industries. They are looking for individuals with machining or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality work and are looking to grow their careers.

Requirements

Experience setting up and operating CNC turning centers or lathes.
Ability to complete machine setups, changeovers, and tooling adjustments.
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
Experience setting offsets and making basic CNC program edits.
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
Ability to produce and inspect parts according to specified tolerances.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
