About The Position

ATI is seeking a CNC Machinist for its Coon Valley team in the Forged Products division. The position produces aerospace, jet engine, and military components by setting up and operating CNC machines, primarily CNC lathes, while meeting ATI and customer safety and quality standards. The role involves machining parts to required tolerances, inspecting products, maintaining equipment and supplies, and completing documentation. The successful candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to solve problems.

This position works third shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., starting Sunday night. Training may take place on first, second, or third shift. Compensation is $25 per hour. ATI will train a motivated entry-level candidate.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect incoming raw materials.
• Perform manufacturing operations on CNC lathes.
• Machine parts to meet tolerances for final inspection.
• Inspect and clean finished products at the end of the production cycle.
• Perform final product inspections.
• Work with manufacturing leadership and fellow team members to achieve shared goals.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
