About The Position
Indelco Plastics is seeking a highly skilled Turning Center Programmer-Operator. This role involves running high-precision plastic parts using CNC turning centers, live tooling, sub-spindle operations, and manual lathe work. The ideal candidate must be capable of creating programs using 2D/3D CAD drawings and maintaining extremely tight tolerances.
Requirements
- Strong CNC turning experience, including programming and set-ups
- Machine shop experience required
- Manual lathe experience required
Nice To Haves
- Self-motivated with good time management skills and the ability to work on a team
Responsibilities
- Program HAAS CNC turning centers, including live tooling and sub-spindle operations
- Read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings
- Ability to use measuring equipment, including Micrometers, calipers, etc
- Lift 10-25 pounds on a consistent basis
- Perform manual lathe operations for specialty or one-off parts
- Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
