About The Position
At DentalEZ, we're a manufacturing company that values skill, dedication, and teamwork. Right now, we're looking for a CNC Machinist to help us keep production running smoothly and ensure our parts meet high-quality standards. As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a key role in our operations, working with well-maintained CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of CNC machining experience OR equivalent technical education.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with GibbsCAM software is a plus!
- Familiarity with Windows-based applications (experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar systems is a bonus).
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy.
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and help keep production running smoothly.
- Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety guidelines.
