Digital Tool and Die is an established tool and die shop in Grandville, Michigan. We specialize in designing and fabricating world-class sheet metal stamping dies, roll forming, fixtures, fabrication, and special applications to meet the industrial needs for automotive, furniture, prototyping, appliance, and U.S. Military. Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machining equipment Follow machine setup instructions defining tooling needed, work holding, and critical part requirements. Communicate with CNC manager and programmers to avoid mistakes and maximize efficiencies. Use precision measuring instruments to ensure repeatable accuracy of finished parts

Requirements

Familiar with basic operation of vertical and horizontal CNC equipment.
Familiar with proper use of taps, endmills, and other machine cutting tools.
Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
proficient with use of precision measuring instruments
Thorough attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Dependable, strong work ethic, collaborative team member
good housekeeping skills
