About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a direct hire position. This role involves operating and setting up CNC machines, as well as manual machining. The ideal candidate will have experience with horizontal and vertical mills, Mastercam programming, blueprint reading, and using precision measuring tools.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in CNC programming
• Proficiency in G-Code
• Proficiency in tape measure reading
• Proficiency in CNC machine setup & changeover
• Proficiency in precision measurement & hand metrology
• Proficiency in troubleshooting CNC machines
• Proficiency in manual machining skills
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Proficiency in blueprint reading

Nice To Haves

• Manual machining experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including horizontal and vertical mills, CNC lathes, and CNC grinders.
• Set up and perform changeovers on CNC machines.
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines.
• Perform manual machining tasks.
