Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical, vocational, or trade‑school training in machining preferred
- CNC machining coursework or equivalent on‑the‑job training preferred
- Demonstrated progression from Machinist I or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop documentation
Responsibilities
- Perform basic and intermediate setups independently.
- Adjust tool and work offsets, verify program alignment.
- Interpret detailed drawings including GD&T.
- Troubleshoot simple machining issues, including tool wear.
- Perform in‑process inspection and document measurements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
