Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical, vocational, or trade‑school training in machining preferred
  • CNC machining coursework or equivalent on‑the‑job training preferred
  • Demonstrated progression from Machinist I or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop documentation

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic and intermediate setups independently.
  • Adjust tool and work offsets, verify program alignment.
  • Interpret detailed drawings including GD&T.
  • Troubleshoot simple machining issues, including tool wear.
  • Perform in‑process inspection and document measurements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
