About The Position

DRT Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers to manufacture precision aerospace components in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Shifts available include 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and 2nd Shift (Monday-Saturday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM), with overtime available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
• Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment and G-code
• Ability to perform machine setups with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP standards preferred
• Waterjet experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• Perform tool offsets, adjustments, and minor program edits
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Maintain production documentation and quality records
• Follow safety procedures and support 5S initiatives
