About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our Weekday or Weekend Shift on a full-time basis. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with experience in setups and programming.

Requirements

• Proven experience performing setups/programming
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T symbols
• Precision measuring instruments
• CAD/CAM programming
• Tooling design and implementation
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software is a plus
• Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is a plus
• Mastercam or other 3D modeling software

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software as well as at the machine.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
