About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who can confidently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines while producing high-quality precision components. Mazak Slant Turn experience is preferred. This is a first-shift opportunity, Monday–Friday, from 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional overtime. The pay rate is $24–$30/hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong setup, changeover, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with light program editing

Nice To Haves

• Mazak Slant Turn and lathe experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machine set-ups and changeovers
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues
• Make offsets and perform light program edits
• Read blueprints and setup sheets
• Select tooling and verify feeds/speeds
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Monitor machine performance and correct defects
• Maintain accurate production records and a safe work area
