About The Position

Accessible Technologies, Inc., manufacturer of the ProCharger® performance brand, is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist to support its expanding production team. The role is based in an on-site, clean, climate-controlled machine shop with modern equipment. The machinist will set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines and contribute to the production of high-performance automotive components while meeting production schedules and quality standards. This is a full-time, hourly position on the first shift, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., with occasional overtime as needed. The company offers competitive hourly pay based on experience, medical and dental coverage, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Requirements

• CNC milling experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Mastercam programming experience.
• Experience in automotive or performance manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines.
• Perform part setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances.
• Work with senior machinists, programmers, engineering, and quality teams.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts to help resolve issues.
• Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions.
• Meet production rates, schedules, and quality standards.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
