Requirements

Experience in manufacturing or precision machining
Ability to read blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliability and willingness to work as part of a high‑performing team
Associates Degree in Precision Tooling or equivalent education and experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Must be able to operate CNC lathes and/or mills, programming experience is a plus.
Able to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication.
Must work safely following established safety policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CAD(Computer Aided-Design)/CAM(Computer Aided-Manufacturing) packages and programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate a variety of equipment, including: CNC lathes with live tooling, Y-axis, sub spindles, multi‑turret; CNC Swiss lathes; CNC VMC and horizontal machining centers; 5‑axis machining centers; Manual shop equipment (mills, lathes, saws, drill presses, grinders).
Program offline using CAD/CAM software or program directly at the machine.
Use precision measuring tools—gages, calipers, micrometers—to ensure tight tolerances.
Conduct quality inspections and monitor productivity.
Track tooling life and prevent scrap.
Perform minor machine maintenance.
Train CNC Machine Operators when needed.
Suggest improvements to processes and workflow.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Uphold the company core values and consistently follow all company guidelines and policies.
Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through on commitments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
