About The Position

We're hiring CNC Machinists for our precision manufacturing shop. You'll run 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines producing ultra-precise inserts for the machining industry, holding extremely tight tolerances on every part. The work happens in a clean, organized, temperature-controlled facility. Grinding experience isn't required. If your CNC fundamentals are solid – setups, feeds and speeds, blueprint reading, GD&T – we'll train you on high-precision grinding and advanced multi-axis equipment.

Requirements

• 2+ years CNC machining (milling, turning, or grinding)
• Solid fundamentals: tooling, feeds and speeds, setups
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with precision inspection tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to safe work practices

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to 4- or 5-axis machining
• Basic G-code or CNC programming knowledge
• Aerospace, medical device, or defense industry background
• Grinding experience

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple CNC periphery grinding machines.
• Read complex prints, GD&T specs, and work instructions.
• Verify tight tolerances with micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Dial in grinding cycles to maintain process integrity.
• Maintain and resurface machine tooling as needed.
• Solve complex machine problems, collaborating with technical experts.
