About The Position

Versatile is hiring full-time CNC Machine Operators to help produce custom wood components for cabinets, commercial furniture, store fixtures, and millwork products in a clean modern manufacturing facility. This role offers a 4-day work week with three-day weekends, competitive pay, quarterly bonus opportunities, and a stable, year-round work environment with growth opportunities. The CNC Machine Operator will operate CNC machines producing wood and furniture components, set up machines and load materials, read prints, work orders, and cut files, monitor machine quality and production output, make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency, perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting, and work with the production team to keep jobs moving efficiently.
