CNC Machinist Setup Operator- Twin Spindle/Twin Turret
About The Position
Prince Industries is seeking a qualified CNC Machinist Setup Operator to manufacture precision metal products on CNC Turning Centers. This role involves operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki, and machining metallic and nonmetallic workpieces for the Aerospace Industry. Requirements
- 2 Years - Setup and Operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret
- 2 Years - Precision CNC Machining Experience with Fanuc Controls
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), or U.S. national) due to ITAR regulations.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret process plans, and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, and operating requirements.
- Utilizes various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.
- Completes necessary job-related paperwork to include part identification, inspection documents, and production log.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance: proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, cleans machine, etc.
