About The Position

Prince Industries is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Setup Operator for Milling to join their team. This role involves manufacturing precision metal products on CNC Milling Machines, specifically operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines from Eurotech and Mori Seiki. The position requires machining metallic and nonmetallic workpieces for the Aerospace Industry. Requirements

2 Years - Setup and Operating CNC Machines
2 Years - Precision CNC Machining
Experience with Fanuc Controls
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately in noisy environments.
Must also have close, distance, and peripheral vision, with the ability to adjust focus and judge depth. Color vision is required as well.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Due to ITAR regulations, only U.S. persons—defined as U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), and U.S. nationals—are eligible for this position.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret process plans, and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, and operating requirements.
Utilizes various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.
Completes necessary job-related paperwork to include part identification, inspection documents, and production log.
Perform basic equipment maintenance: proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, cleans machine, etc.
