About The Position

This position is a great opportunity for someone who is attentive to detail, open to new processes and procedures to include development. Disciplined at working independently within the team effort. This position is responsible for machines product throughput and continuous process improvement within the CNC department.

Responsibilities

Load and unload machines
Make offsets
Change tooling
Perform daily maintenance on machines
Sharpen drills by hand and tools using fixtures
Load programs and set up machines through 1st article inspection
Create programs at the machine through keypad entry
Create Engineering Drawings using Computer Aided Design software
Create CNC Lathe, Mill and Router programs using Computer Aided Manufacturing software
Other duties as assigned
