About The Position

Looking for a dependable CNC Lathe Machinist/Programmer to join our CNC department. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $20.00 - $38.00 per hour. The schedule is Day Shift, Monday – Friday (40-50 hrs), with some Saturdays when necessary (Usually 5.5 hrs). The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled facility. A drug test (less THC) and physical are required.

Requirements

• Lathe Operator Conventional and/or CNC (5 Years Minimum)

Responsibilities

• Interprets complicated drawings, program sheets, and instructions to determine work to be done.
• Performs a variety of turning operations to close and interrelated tolerances.
• Performs setup and change over.
• Performs a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications.
• Measures workpiece for conformance to specifications.
• Cleans machine, tooling, and parts.
• Must be willing to run multiple machines simultaneously where possible.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Excellent attendance is a must.
