About The Position

As a CNC Machinist, you’ll help drive production excellence by maintaining a clean, efficient, and collaborative environment. Your work ensures minimal downtime, consistent quality, and a culture of growth and stability. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will log time and job data using ERP software, interpret work orders, flow sheets, and part drawings to understand job requirements, and inspect blueprint dimensions using manual gauges. You will also load and verify tools and fixtures, fabricate basic fixtures when needed, pull and verify correct materials from staging area per WOPAC, and set up and operate 3-axis mills and basic 2-axis lathe work. Additionally, you will upload/download CNC programs from programmer to machine, align vices and locate fixture centers accurately, submit first article and final inspections to Quality Assurance, run production parts and conduct in-process inspections, maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles, perform daily and monthly machine preventive maintenance, and communicate with Supervisor to ensure successful job completion. You will also support all safety and quality system requirements and take on additional duties as assigned. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic proficiency with ERP software
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Machining
  • Blueprint reading
  • Manual inspection gauges
  • Editing and writing CNC programs
  • Strong basic math skills: trigonometry knowledge preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities
