Requirements
- Must not have any discipline higher than a verbal discipline
Responsibilities
- Identify & Investigate Quality issues
- Startup / shutdown of equipment
- Load and unload prior process
- Ensures all required maintenance checks are performed
- Performs minor machine troubleshooting and repairs
- Write work orders and communicate with maintenance on machine problems
- Ensure cleanliness of machines
- Responsible for training TMB's which may require temporary split shift or off-shift assignment
- Provides technical support in his/her processes
- Completes all TMB's and TMA's duties during absence, vacations, lack of staffing etc
- Assist in scheduling when required
- Starts machine and monitors displays and machine operation to detect malfunctions.
- Mounts, aligns, and secures tooling, attachments, and work piece on machine.
