About The Position

As a Shift Manager, you’ll oversee a skilled team, ensure smooth production, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. Requirements
- Experience supervising or leading in a CNC machining or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of CNC operations, tooling, and machining processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate and build strong teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
- Technical certifications or related coursework.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of CNC machinists and operators on your shift.
- Monitor production schedules, quality, and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and keep machines running smoothly.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to reduce downtime.
- Track performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Train new team members and support skill development.
