Operate various CNC machines in compliance with the corporate mission and values, and department financial objectives. This is a second shift position with a competitive shift differential. The role involves a variety of tasks including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, molding, and all bench operations and inspections as required. The operator must also detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions, follow safety regulations and equipment tag-out procedures, and comply with GHS, SDS, and hazardous waste labeling requirements. Additionally, the position requires performing preventative maintenance on machines, keeping the work area clean, maintaining a positive work atmosphere, and assisting other employees as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position where the employee's responsibilities impact the health and safety of themselves, coworkers, and the end-user of the product.
