Requirements

Must pass pre-employment drug screen (including THC/Marijuana; medical card will NOT be accepted)
1 year of CNC Experience working with the setup, programming, where applicable, and operation of press brakes, shears, lathes, vertical and horizontal milling machines, and drill presses
Superior attendance
Self-motivation and dependability
Must be able to tolerate repetitive, tedious work
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies

Responsibilities

Load parts, operate CNC machines, and touch-off tools (if needed).
Responsible for 1st piece, in-process inspection, and routine machine maintenance.
Willingness to learn continuous improvement processes is a MUST!!
Operate equipment such as press brakes and computer numerical control (CNC) machines with minimum blueprint reading and job set-up ability.
Responsible for simple, generic machine set-ups.
Use of power tools, such as a tape measure and calipers.
Must be able to tolerate repetitive, tedious work.
