Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure and work with basic math (decimals & fractions)
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or CNC experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC machinery to cut and shape materials based on production orders
• Reviewing and prioritizing daily production schedules to meet deadlines
• Loading materials and inspecting them for quality before and after processing
• Selecting and entering the correct programs into CNC control panels
• Performing quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
• Identifying and reporting any defects or production issues
• Supporting team goals and assisting with additional tasks as needed
