Requirements
- Ability to work in the heat in the summertime
- Ability to constantly perform physical labor, such as heavy lifting
- Mindful of safety
- Have good attendance and work all scheduled shifts
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to work well in a team-based environment
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Be a self-starter
- Able to follow instructions well
Responsibilities
- Manufacture castings by running a machine
- Check castings for quality purposes
- Carry castings to designated spots
