Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards

Nice To Haves

Experience operating CNC machinery in a woodworking or manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Basic knowledge of CNC programming or CAD/CAM systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
1–2 years CNC machine operation experience preferred

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines
Program and adjust CNC machines for drilling, cutting, milling, and shaping wood components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
Adjust machine settings to improve production efficiency while maintaining quality
Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
Document production activity and update records as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
