About The Position

FLOFORM Countertops is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for its Boise branch. The role is responsible for safely operating CNC equipment and processing countertop stock according to established settings, specifications, and quality procedures. The position is full-time and scheduled Monday through Thursday on the night shift. The stated wage range is $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• CNC operator experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand written English.
• Ability to understand fractions and measurements.
• Troubleshooting ability and good judgment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clear criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the CNC machine.
• Set up stock for machining using laser guides to position the product.
• Load machines by lifting stock into position using mechanical lifters.
• Verify machine settings by measuring positions and following established standards.
• Maintain specifications while drilling, grooving, and cutting by taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting and reprogramming controls, and sharpening or replacing worn tools.
• Follow quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
• Observe and adhere to all safety procedures on the production floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
