About The Position
Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) is expanding and seeking motivated Machine Operators for their weekend night shift. This is a full-time position focused on operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality parts are produced. The role emphasizes a team-oriented, safety-driven manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and read blueprints
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous machine shop experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate CNC machinery
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Read and follow work instructions and blueprints
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts for quality
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Report quality or process concerns to your supervisor
- Use basic shop tools and lifting devices
- Work with teammates to meet production and quality goals
