About The Position

Run the Milling, Turning, or Mill Turn machines to produce quality Ripley Tool products. This role involves operating CNC machines, inspecting own work, maintaining quality and production standards, performing secondary operations, reading blueprints, participating in continuous improvement teams, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and willingness to work overtime. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year experience required with CNC machines.
• Ability to read and write English and do basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Run the Milling, Turning, or Mill Turn machines to produce quality Ripley Tool products
• Inspect own work using various inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparator.
• Maintain quality and production standards.
• Perform secondary operations as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Participate on continuous improvement teams and incorporate lean practices into daily activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
