About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring for an CNC Lathe/Mills Machine Operator in Garden Grove, CA. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will operate CNC milling machines according to work instructions and production requirements. This role involves loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine operations for quality and efficiency, and inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet specifications. You will also be responsible for reading and following work orders, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions, performing basic machine adjustments, and reporting any equipment issues to supervisors. Maintaining accurate production records and keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe are also key responsibilities. This is a Full-Time opportunity.

Requirements

Current CNC machine operating experience is required.
Experience operating CNC milling machines preferred.
Basic understanding of machine shop practices and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good attendance and reliability are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as require.
