General Manufacturing designs and manufactures Ultradyne products. We proudly manufacture all of our products and accessories in the USA with headquarters located in Columbia, MO. All of our products are engineered using a scientific approach which is reflected in the high quality of our designs. Every design contains unique features maximizing performance to provide our customers with the best experience possible. This position is part of our night shift production team and plays a key role in maintaining production schedules and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work overnight hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Clean background.

Nice To Haves

Previous CNC machine operation experience.
Experience with DMG Mori and/or DN Solutions equipment.
Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Manufacturing or machining experience.
Knowledge of firearms accessories and components.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and operation of CNC machines.
Cut and prepare bar stock for production runs.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues.
Inspect machined parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Utilize measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications.
Load and unload heavy materials and finished parts.
Track and maintain inventory of raw materials and components.
Assist with machine maintenance and cleanliness.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
