We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe and Mill Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for a dedicated operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts, maintaining tight tolerances, and working in a fast-paced environment. This is a 4x10-hour shift, allowing for 3-day weekends every week!

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience operating CNC Mills and/or Lathes in a job shop environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and GD&T.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

Run and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts according to blueprints and job instructions.
Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gages) to verify parts are within tolerance.
Change cutting tools, monitor tool wear, and adjust tool offsets as needed.
Monitor machines during production, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain proper coolant levels.
Complete production logs, quality records, and inspection reports accurately.
Adhere to all safety protocols and perform daily housekeeping of the work area and equipment.
