About The Position

CNC Machine Operator III will have various tasks and responsibilities including: Complex Machine set up, tooling changes and changeovers, machine troubleshooting and problem-solving. The role requires the ability to use computers, read blueprints or markers, and enter detailed program data for complex parts and processes. This position is responsible for quality, accurate use of complex measurement tools, and handling complex parts and processes with varying details, often as the last step before finishing. This role would also encompass the designated backup for the Production Leader II in the cell or department.

Requirements

Must be detail-oriented
Ability to recognize discrepancies and initiate resolution
Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
Able to use basic hand tools and small power equipment
Able to assist in training employees

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
