Requirements

High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred).
Candidates with any level of CNC machining experience (including HMC) are encouraged to apply. Entry-level applicants with basic machine knowledge will be considered.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) to perform machining operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and milling.
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during operation.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications.
Adjust offsets, tooling, and machine settings to maintain part quality and tolerances.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor adjustments to ensure continuous production.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
