About The Position

Seeking a detailed oriented, organized, team player with good communication skills to set up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, Mills, Swiss Lathes, and Grinders on the 2nd shift.

Requirements

• Able to interpret blueprints, drawings and written instructions for each job order
• Experience working with tool sheets and able to identify correct tools for each job
• Able to download proper programming for each job order
• Perform machine set up, position proper tools and raw materials
• Review program and check all for accuracy and make adjustments as necessary
• Work closely with Foreman to resolve issues
• Produce sample piece and submit for inspection
• Perform inspection using gauges, micrometers and calipers
• Maintained working area, Machines and tools clean and in the designated areas
• High School Diploma
• Must have experience with CNC Mill, Lathe, Mill-turn or Swiss Lathe
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Certification from Technical Institute or equivalent desirable
• G-Code programming desirable

Responsibilities
