About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for running a Fryer 120" CNC Lathe with Siemens controls. This role involves loading programs, performing some programming, and ensuring the precise manufacturing of parts. The operator will work in a non-climate controlled industrial manufacturing environment and must be able to communicate effectively with team members and leads. The pay rate is $28-$32 per hour, depending on experience, with a shift from 5 am to 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Some overtime may be available during busy periods.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of CNC lathe operation experience.
• Ability to set up, adjust, and program machining operations.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fryer 120" CNC Lathe with Siemens controls.
• Load programs to manufacture parts.
• Perform some programming of the lathe.
• Use precision tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions against drawings.
• Communicate effectively with team members and lead personnel.
