CNC Laser Operator 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts
About The Position
We are a metal stamping facility looking for production team members for our CNC Laser on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role involves the startup, operation, and shutdown of a CNC fiber laser machine. The operator will select appropriate nozzles, load programs, and set machine parameters for optimal performance. Responsibilities also include performing quality checks on parts, completing associated documentation, and following routers, schedules, and work instructions. Effective communication with maintenance and quality support personnel regarding machine or quality issues is essential. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks
- Basic reading, writing, and some advanced math skills required.
- Using hand tools and machines proficiently.
- Measuring, cutting, or working on items with great accuracy.
- Excitement to learn a new skill

- Strong work record in safety, quality, and dependability.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
