About The Position

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is seeking an experienced 2nd shift CNC Grinder (Machine Operator) to join our team. As a CNC Grinder (Machine Operator), our mission is to produce precision components by operating CNC centerless grinding equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Requirements

1+ years of machine operator experience on an CNC grinder or centerless grinder.
Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint‑reading skills.
Ability to read and utilize measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
Working knowledge of grinding parameters, including wheel speeds, feed rates, and maintaining dimensional tolerances.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC centerless grinding equipment while adhering to production requirements, quality standards, ISO 9001 guidelines, and established work procedures.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify work requirements and support the production of quality components.
Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.
Identify defects and perform deburring and finishing operations as required.
Move completed materials to the next stage of production, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
