About The Position

ARCH Global Precision is seeking a CNC EDM Operator for their 2nd shift. This role involves operating EDM machines, inspecting parts, monitoring equipment, and adhering to safety and quality procedures. The operator will follow setup sheets, drawings, and programs, and maintain a clean work area. This position is on an at-will basis and may require performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating CNC EDM machines, including FANUC Robocut Wire EDM.

Responsibilities

• Operate EDM machines within the department.
• Inspect parts and document inspection results on in-process inspection plans.
• Continuously monitor equipment and tooling.
• Notify department manager in the event of a breakdown or disruption.
• Follow instructions on setup sheets, drawings, and/or programs.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Adhere to company safety requirements.
• Ensure assigned activities are performed in accordance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.
