This role involves operating a CNC plasma & oxy fuel cutting table, assisting with material handling, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and safe operation of forklifts and overhead cranes. Success in this role depends on a strong safety-first mindset, teamwork, initiative, and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate plasma & oxy fuel cutting table
• Assist with loading and unloading cut table
• Label and sort cut parts
• Maintain laydown yard organization
• Help with staging of steel plate for upcoming programs
• Process & unload steel deliveries
• Organize and label steel plate in the storage yard
• Clean cutting table trays
• Empty dust collection barrels as needed
• Manage storage of wood pallets & stickers
• Actively maintain a clean & safe work area
