About The Position

The 5-Axis CNC Machinist is responsible for independently setting up and operating HAAS UMC-1000 5-axis machining center. This role requires proficiency in interpreting engineering blueprints, performing in-process self-inspections, and utilizing CAD/CAM systems to support efficient and accurate machining. The machinist is expected to contribute to continuous improvement efforts and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ability to set-up and operate both conventional and CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components is an asset.
