Requirements

Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
Minimum 6 months of skilled-nursing, long-term care, or related experience
Punctual, reliable, and deeply resident-centric
A positive, hard-working, and caring attitude

Responsibilities

Providing high-quality, routine daily care (personal hygiene, nutrition, taking vitals, and safe patient transfers).
Collaborating with facility teams to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Communicating key updates and reporting observations directly to your supervisor.
