About The Position

Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months of skilled-nursing, long-term care, or related experience
- Punctual, reliable, and deeply resident-centric
- A positive, hard-working, and caring attitude
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, routine daily care including personal hygiene, nutrition, taking vitals, and safe patient transfers.
- Collaborating with facility teams to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Communicating key updates and reporting observations directly to your supervisor.
