About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a long-term care assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week guaranteed. The role involves providing direct resident care and assisting with activities of daily living in a long-term care setting. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts, though the exact schedule may vary. An immediate start is preferred.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to residents.
- Must be available for an ASAP start and a 13-week contract.

- Previous long-term care or nursing home experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
- Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
- Assist with feeding, hydration, and resident comfort.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility protocols.
- Accurately document care provided.
