About The Position

Richmond Health Care Center is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. We are looking for dependable and caring Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team! Position Summary: The CNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification (State of Texas required)
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

Nice To Haves

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance (transfers, ambulation, repositioning)
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
• Ensure residents’ rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Provide compassionate care and excellent customer service to residents and families
