About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their Skilled Nursing unit. This is a full-time position for day shifts, working 7 am to 7 pm. The role involves three 12-hour shifts per week, with every other weekend required. As a CNA, you will assist licensed care staff with various clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents. This includes aiding with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining services, escorting residents, taking vital signs and weights, and other assigned care duties. You will also participate in quality assessment, performance improvement activities, and report any changes in resident condition.

Requirements

Current state certification
Experience is required
Current CPR/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required
Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified
Basic computer skills or ability to learn
Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred
High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
Food handlers certification
Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required

Responsibilities
