About The Position
AHMC - The Alice Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their Skilled Nursing department in Malone, New York. This is a full-time, regular position with standard hours of 40 per week, biweekly scheduled hours of 80. The primary shift is Night-8Hr, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a $7/hr night shift differential. This is a bargaining union position. The role involves assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. The CNA will provide compassionate care, accurately document activities, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet resident needs. The position requires an active NYS CNA certification and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
